Enterprise Productivity Manager (EPM)
EPM supports a healthcare organization's efforts to manage and measure the delivery of services and the efficiency of labor resources. It enables senior management to access detailed information about resource usage quantity, plus types and timing of resources used to deliver care. With this data, managers can quickly analyze resource productivity daily, weekly or monthly, and to set and monitor targets based on internal/external benchmarks, or historical levels and workload.
EPM automatically generates daily, pay period to-date, month-to-date and year-to-date actual versus expected productivity, based on actual workload and any departmental or job class standard. EPM also leverages the powerful EPSi reporting engine to provide end users with detailed views of organization-wide performance measures and drill down capabilities. It’s integrated with other EPSi solutions, including Cost Accounting and Payroll Budgeting – which results in a comprehensive view of productivity, costs, and workload data.
