Tim Rutledge	Chief Executive Officer and President
	Tim began his career as an Assistant Administrator for the University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics, followed by five years with Price Waterhouse in the National Healthcare Decision Support Group. He moved on to become a Principal with Innovate Software Solutions, Inc., a decision support firm serving more than 300 clients and, in 1993, joined Medicus Systems, Inc. as a Vice President managing the Decision Support division. In 1999, he founded EPSi along with Jerry Pearson and Andy Metzger. Tim holds MHA and MBA degrees from the University of Missouri.
Jerry Pearson	Chief Operating Officer
	Jerry’s career in healthcare decision support started in 1991 with Innovate Software Solutions, Inc., after earning his B.S. degree in computer Science from Southwest Missouri State University. He subsequently joined Medicus Systems, Inc. after their acquisition of Innovate Software. When Jerry co-founded EPSi in 1999, he took on the responsibilities of overseeing the complex aspects of operations, system installations, training and support. His group has installed systems and provided client training for budgeting, productivity, cost accounting, and contract management applications.
Andy Metzger	Chief Technology Officer
	Andy started his career in 1990 with the Price Waterhouse National Healthcare Decision Support Group, based in St. Louis, Missouri. He then moved to Innovate Software Solutions, Inc., where he managed installations and development projects. From 1994, he began working as a software development contractor, serving clients such as Peabody Coal, MEMC, and Charter Communications, Inc., until co-founding EPSi in 1999.  Andy manages the software development, engineering, and our future product vision. He has a B.S. degree in computer science from Southwest Missouri State University.
Ralph Keiser	Executive Vice President
	Ralph has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry – most recently as a Vice President at Cerner Corporation responsible for the company’s “Data Warehouse and Outcomes Measurement” solutions. Before Cerner, he was the Founder and CEO of @Outcome, an e-health company; Vice President of Marketing for Medicus Systems, Inc., then Vice President and General Manager at Synthesys Technologies. Ralph is responsible for sales, marketing, strategy, and partnerships. He’s an active member of HFMA, HIMSS and  AMIA, and holds a B.A. degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
John Gragg	Senior Vice President, Consulting
	John is an experienced healthcare consulting leader and a 19-year veteran of decision support systems and data warehousing for the healthcare market. His track record includes selling, directing, and managing the largest single DSS rollout in the industry. John has held numerous, key senior executive positions for leading HIT vendors, and played instrumental roles in their successes and growth. He’s responsible for EPSi’s consulting practice focused on value-added services. John received an M.B.A. in Finance and Quantitative Analysis, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Utah.
