  • Polling existing and potential users of DSS data to identify potential applications areas and uses for DSS data
  • Documentation and overview of the current DSS data transformation process along with potential identified improvements
  • Evaluation of the timeliness, validity and reliability of DSS data
  • Identification of improvement opportunities in the development and application of DSS information
  • Identification of the appropriate benchmark for measuring the achievable return on investment

DSS System Integration Services

  • Integration of the EPSi decision support system within the global data processing environment
  • Development of decision support data flows with:
    o Billing systems
    o General Ledger and ERP systems
    o Data Warehouse infrastructure

Data Cleansing and Data Reconciliation

  • Development of system interface standards, data conversion and data reconciliation procedures
